So happy with my purchase!

I just received my new motivational book and it is fantastic! The pages are so crisp and the cover art is beautiful. I'm already halfway through it and loving the content. I will definitely be shopping here again for more books. The selection is incredible, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this store to all my friends!

Solid experience, good customer service

I bought a signed copy of a motivational book last month. Ordering was straightforward on their website. I had a question about the shipping timeframe, so I used their contact form. Someone got back to me the next day, which was good. The book arrived well-packaged, no damage, though it took 6 days to reach me in California. The signature was a nice touch. The print quality of the book itself was standard, good paper and binding. I appreciate that they offer unique items like signed editions. I'd definitely consider buying from them again, especially for new releases.

Good book, shipping was okay

I ordered a signed copy of an urban fiction novel last month. The website was easy enough to navigate, and checkout was straightforward. It took about a week and a half for the book to arrive, which felt a little long for domestic shipping, but it got here in good condition. The packaging was secure, and the book itself was just as described. I did have a question about my tracking number, and their customer support responded within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a solid purchase, even with the slightly slow delivery.

Consistently great selection

This was my third time ordering from Higgins Publishing, and they didn't disappoint. I picked up a new poetry collection, and the quality was just what I expected based on my previous purchases. They've always had a great range of authors, and I appreciate that. Shipping was a bit quicker this time, arrived in about five days, which was a nice improvement from my second order that took a full week. I keep coming back because their curated selection is hard to beat for African American literature. Always find something new to read here.

Good deal on a book bundle

I was looking for some new urban fiction and found a great bundle deal on their site. Got three paperbacks for less than if I bought them individually, which was a nice saving. The books arrived pretty quickly, took about 5 days to get to me. One cover had a tiny bend, but nothing major. Definitely felt like I got good value for my money.

Quick delivery, good book

Ordered an ebook. Download was instant. The self-help book was helpful. No problems with the purchase. The site was easy to navigate. Would buy again.

Loved my new romance novel!

Oh my goodness, I just finished reading 'Love in the City Limits' and it was fantastic! The story was so engaging, I couldn't put it down. I ordered it last week and it shipped out super fast. The quality of the paperback was perfect, no issues at all. I'm already planning my next purchase; there are so many more books I want to read from here. I'm telling all my friends who love a good romance to check out Higgins Publishing!

Good books, delivery a bit slow

I bought the 'Urban Rhythms' bundle during their holiday sale. The selection of urban fiction novels was excellent and the price was definitely a good value for three paperbacks. They packed them well, no damage at all. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in California, which felt a little long compared to other online stores, but it wasn't a huge deal. Customer service answered my email about tracking quickly, so that was good. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, just wish shipping was a tad faster.
